We're Gonna Be In So Much Trouble
The kids aboard the Onyx Cinder make their way back to At Attin and finally see what the barrier looks like from outside that prevents travel to the planet. Meanwhile, Jod finds a way back from the brig to once again lead his gang of pirates as they seek At Attin’s treasure.

Brutus v. Silvo
The Frigate arrives at At Attin but only sees a space storm designed to destroy ships. They send a volunteer down in a shuttle which loses contact with the Frigate. Brutus is ready to put Silvo/Jod/Crimson Jack in an air lock and leave him behind. This is the man who promised his crew a bounty of treasure to only find one credit at the beginning of the series. However, Silvo keeps finding ways to convince the crew to side with him.

Silvo remains on his last leg as he asks SM-33 for help convincing the crew to follow him again. He finally gets his break when the kids arrive at At Attin on the Onyx Cinder. Brutus calls for a tractor beam to lure that ship in, and Jod knows how he plans to take control.
Onyx Cinder
The kids are anxious to return home but are once again caught by the more battle-tested pirates. Still, KB controls the ship to capture Brutus and demands to be released. Jod, realizing this is his chance, shoots Brutus and takes command of the crew. He tells pirates they’ll find four scared children who should be easy to overpower.

The pirates try to find a way to make it through the barrier when a communication from the children’s parents makes it through. It inspires the kids who try to overthrow the pirates but again are captured easily. Meanwhile, Jod figures out the message that tells the kids to find a Republic Emissary to get through the barrier means they need a Republic ship which the Onyx Cinder is. As he sends the pirates to the Frigate, SM-33 tells him he’s no longer the captain of the Onyx Cinder since he chose to captain the Frigate. This leads to a battle for the captainship and SM-33 siding with the kids as they fly through the barrier, noting “We’re going to be in so much trouble.”
At Attin’s Treasure
As the kids believe they are going to see their families again, Jod/Silvo awakens and threatens them. SM-33 prepares to take him out but he wields the light saber found in Tak Rennod’s lair and cuts the droid’s head off. From there, he pretends to be an emissary of the Republic so he can be taken directly to the mint. The safety droids show him a vault filled with Republic credits and tell him there are 1,139 of them on the planet. Jod knows he’s found the treasure he’s been seeking his entire life.

The children’s parents approach the ship at the mint and they are all reunited. Unfortunately, Jod, who had been demanding the droids bring the Supervisor to him, has returned and continues wielding the light saber menacingly at the reunited families.
Rating
The penultimate episode of the season was a perfect blend of weight, often carried by the adults, specifically Jude Law’s Jod, and levity among the kids. It started with one of the funniest moments of the parents trying to send the message beyond the barrier before being found by the droids and each parent running with the message container until they are stunned. Finally, Fern’s mother got to a place to send the message that helps advance the episode.
There’s still a battle to be had. Jod is trying to get in touch with the other pirates stuck outside the barrier on the Frigate. The kids and their families will need to protect At Attin from the pirates plundering. It’s all setting up for a fun battle in the finale.
